About Reagan
Reagan Carter’s passion for real estate began early, interning with a top-producing Realtor before purchasing her first home just days after high school graduation. Experiencing a challenging mortgage process firsthand, she was inspired to make home financing clearer, easier, and less stressful for others.
Now a dedicated loan officer, Reagan is committed to providing seamless, transparent, and stress-free experiences for homebuyers and real estate partners alike. She believes homeownership should be within reach for everyone and takes pride in offering personalized guidance that empowers clients throughout their journey.
Married since 2020, Reagan and her husband have two wonderful daughters who keep life exciting. When she’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, she enjoys serving in her church and spending time outdoors with her family. For Reagan, success isn’t about getting ahead—it’s about making a meaningful impact on others.
Why Reagan Loves Haymaker
Everyone at Haymaker Home Loans cares for others. The environment has always been “how can I help?” instead of “how can I get ahead?”
Favorite Client Success Story
In an unrelated conversation, an agent I work with mentioned that one of her transactions was falling apart at the last minute. The lender had missed some crucial details, and now they could no longer close the loan. She was frustrated, and her clients were devastated.
I told her, “Let me take a look—I think we might be able to make this work.” She quickly referred her clients to me, and when I first spoke with them, their disappointment was clear. Everything they had been preparing for had suddenly come to a halt. But after talking it through, they decided it was worth a shot to see if I could find a solution.
By the end of that same day, I was able to call them with good news—we had a path forward! But this wasn’t just any loan. It was part of a complex, five-home domino transaction, where each closing depended on the one before it. That meant I had to do more than just secure financing; I had to keep four other sellers from walking away to hold everything together.
It took persistence, problem-solving, and a lot of teamwork, but we made it happen. We pushed documents through quickly, navigated every challenge, and in the end, my clients moved into the home they had admired from afar for years.
This is why I do what I do—to turn homeownership dreams into reality, no matter how tough the road may be.
