Kimberly Patel began her career as a Mortgage Underwriter, gaining deep expertise in analyzing credit, income, and assets for home loans. After earning her real estate license in 2019, she helped over 100 families buy or sell their homes—offering valuable guidance thanks to her background in lending. Now, as a Licensed Loan Officer at Haymaker Home Loans, Kimberly is passionate about helping clients finance their dream homes, explore refinancing options, and navigate every step of the process with confidence.
Originally from the Northwest, Kimberly has called Houston home since 2007. A proud Texan, she enjoys the state's big-hearted culture and is raising two daughters with the same values that guide her work: hard work, integrity, and determination.
