Dwayne Kawar is a Loan Officer with Haymaker Home Loans who is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership through education, honesty, and exceptional service. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2022, Dwayne has focused on making the lending process clear and approachable for every client. Before becoming a mortgage professional, he worked in property management and held a real estate license in California, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the housing industry. Today, he proudly serves clients across Texas from his home base in Spring, specializing in first-time homebuyers, VA loans, and real estate investors.

What truly sets Dwayne apart is the reason he chose this career. After purchasing his own home, he experienced firsthand what it felt like to work with a loan officer who failed to explain the process or provide guidance along the way. That experience inspired him to become the kind of loan officer he wished he had—someone who educates, communicates, and walks alongside clients every step of the journey. Dwayne believes every client deserves to be treated with honor, respect, and genuine care, whether they're buying their first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or using the benefits they've earned through military service. Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, serving at his church, giving back to his community, watching sports, and continually growing in his knowledge of the Bible. His mission is simple: to help people move from uncertainty to confidence while making the path to homeownership as smooth and rewarding as possible.
