Favorite Client Success Story
One of the most memorable moments in my mortgage career was helping a client named Rose. She faced two significant challenges: selling her current home, which needed repairs, and finding a smaller home with enough land to care for her beloved animals.
This all happened during the height of COVID-19, a time when many homeowners faced financial uncertainty. Unfortunately, Rose experienced hardship during this period, making her journey even more difficult.
Not only was I her loan officer, but I also became her confidant — listening to her story, understanding her struggles, and guiding her step by step. I advised her on how to prepare her home for sale, explored financing solutions for her new purchase, and walked alongside her as we navigated several obstacles during the process.
Through her trust in me and my determination to find the right path forward, we successfully overcame those hurdles. As a heartfelt token of her appreciation, Rose surprised me with a special video featuring my friend and her realtor, Robert Udoh.
Rose’s story is a powerful reminder of why I love what I do. It’s not just about mortgages — it’s about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people achieve their dreams even in the face of adversity. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Miss Rose and the journey we shared.
